I have lost so much sleep trying to adjust to this bed as a side sleeper. It makes me feel stuck in place in the shoulder area and I have been tossing every night and waking with numbness and tingling in my hands. It feels comfortable if I lay on my stomach or back but I am a side sleeper. I thought it would help my shoulder and hip pain but it has not worked for me. It does not align my body, it makes me feel like my head is higher than my shoulders. I called after having it for a week and not sleeping and was told I had to follow the company policy and keep it for 30 days before making a return. I'm in week three now and have not had one restful night.

Our only issue is that the mattress is so very heavy that we do not have the strength to rotate it from time to time, as suggested in the instructions for break-in and ongoing care. And there are no handles sewn into the mattress to help with lifting and moving.

These mattresses are very hard. It feel like you falling off if you sleep towards the edge. These mattresses doesn't form to your body when you move. Even after buying a foam topping for it, it is still hard. I had a king size Tempur-Pedic for 12 years prior to this these. We really love the Tempur-Pedic mattress. I gave it a 2 do to the hardness and not conforming to the body when moving. Just have to get a softer mattresses.

I was the type of guy that didn't see the point of buying a expensive mattress. Until I kept buying mattresses that hurt my back. After my 3rd mattress in a year my girlfriend twisted my arm into buying a tempurpedic. After I bought the mattress I do t regret anything. My back has never felt so good 10/10 recommend. Don't think of the price think of the investment.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. I have been using this bed for over a month now. I really love the flexibility it provides to raise on either side, particularly for my consistent reading habits. The firmness helps a lot more for my back support. Sleeping patterns have changed for betterment. In all a great gift for myself.

I look forward to my bed now and it's been worth every penny to have a good quality mattress and pillows after suffering on an oversized sponge of sorts for the past few years. I no longer worry about sliding into a chasm when my husband is next to me, or turning over in sections, edging to the firm part on the edge. My body is now in better alignment and I get much more restful sleep.

This mattress welcomes you quickly as it adjusts to your weight, and supports the body in a lovely way. We went from a split king to a full king mattress, and it has changed our lives. We get much deeper sleep and do not toss and turn as much, but my husband hogs a lot more : ) LOVE it!

It's pretty clear that my husband and I LOVE this brand, all around! Before we had decided to buy the ProAdapt Firm mattress, we used one of the first models of the Cloud and enjoyed it for almost ten years. After purchasing the ProAdapt, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mattress pad and covering provided, and are confident to say that it is worth every penny spent! The Firm hardness is perfect for the both of us and we've had no trouble sleeping since. While in the process of moving house, we had a problem and had to utilize the mattress warranty. The customer strive was very responsive and was quick to replace the product with pickup included. The delivery guys were also very friendly. We would definitely buy from them again.
