Mattress was delivered and setup on time and correctly. Was as advertised and demonstrated. No Problems.

It was great till about the time the 90 day trial ran out now there's no cooling or firmness to it accept in the middle of the bed

The mattress is super hard. My back aches when I get up. I get up several times through the night due to the discomfort.
