Every time a new family member comes over I have them lay on it. It's the best mattress I've had.

This is a great bed. The firm is not overly stiff but very supportive

The mattress if extremely firm and I want to switch it out for a medium.

Not too hard, does not make you hot and your shoulders do not fall asleep ( you slide sleepers!)
