I have a bad hip and back pain. I tried this in the store and loved it. Got it home and wasn't sure the first couple nights if I made the right choice, but I LOVE this bed. No or little pain when I wake up. It is pricey yet priceless for me. Highly recommend it.

This is our second Tempurpedic matress and we totally love it. It supports yet cradles your body at the same time. It stays cool and there was none of that new smell even the first night. Super firm for the first week, then naturally learns your body and it's comfort at its best. You get what you pay for. Yes, it's more expensive than other mattresses, but it is the top of the line.

Quite firm upon delivery, outgassing quite strong nearly 3 weeks later. Though the mattress softened up nicely after about 2 weeks and is now very comfortable! I am an average temperature sleeper and live in Massachusetts, I do not feel like this mattress makes me hot at night. Overall pleased.

We purchased a Pro-Adapt Firm, knowing we have 90 days to try it and purchase a different model if that one didn't work for us. After a month, we decided to upgrade. The payment system was apparently down and it took a week to get through to anyone to process the payment. We paid over $2,000 more for the upgrade over a month and a half ago. We still have not received the mattress. I've spent 3.5 hours on the phone on various holds over a couple days, only to be told that the delivery company for some reason has not scheduled the delivery. I was told I would get an answer on this and a delivery date within 24 hours. This was a week ago and I am now on the phone again, trying to get through to someone. I've been on hold for ___ minutes so far and still no one was picked up. I'm on an endless loop of an automated message. Do not buy from Tempurpedic online. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy from them at all. This has been incredibly frustrating.

This is the third mattress I've purchased in the past 3 years. I have been experiencing back problems associated with scoliosis. My chiropractor recommended a firm mattress but the ones I tried failed to provide the support I needed while also flexing enough not to pinch my pressure points. Also, what was good for me wasn't always good for the hubby. My Tempur-Pedic finally hit the mark for both of us. I sleep hot, he sleeps cold. We are both very comfortable now. I need firm support with give for my curvy figure, he doesn't have the curves and can handle a flatter firm. Both of us are finally happy. Did I mention we live and travel full time in an RV? This mattress is a blessing to come home to each evening when we are on the road.

I have been suffering from back pain for years and had back surgery 2 yrs ago. Before I got my new Tempur-Pedic Mattress I dreaded having to lay down on anything as they would only exacerbate my back pain and even after taking my pain meds I would be up all night in terrible pain. I've had this mattress for about a month and it's been amazing. The mattress is the perfect balance of firm and soft that I was looking for. We have the best nights sleep now. We had heard rumors that we would need time to get used to our new mattress. We adapted the very first night. The most comfortable mattress ever. It also only takes us about 2 minutes to fall asleep, no more tossing and turning. We have been married for almost 40 years, so we have tested and owned quite a few mattress and this one is by far the best!
