Higher quality tools than expected. Pliers, shears, ratcheting screwdriver, hammer, etc. all seem heavy duty and look nice in matching orange. Nice to have ratcheting screwdriver with all the bits instead of multiple individual screwdrivers. Limited lifetime warranty.

Nice beginner set

I got it because the closeout price made it a good deal for just the tool bag alone, and who couldn't use an extra hammer.  I keep it inside the house for those little things that I need to run out to get tools for, so I had to add some tools to it.  The tools are of sufficient quality for my use, and I've used it already.  I've had to add tools to it for a complete useful in the house tool bag for hanging pictures, putting up shelves, removing the glass light covers so I can change bulbs, etc .
