I use this when making Mexican food and dry rubs for meats when i smoke them. Great quality product with great flavor.

I add cumin to my chili ,over the years I have added more cumin ,we like it better with lots of cumin..

I've bought this many times and it's been a good product. This last time, it was bitter and not earthy. I started with the last bottle I had and everything was going well. I then started adding this bottle to bring up the cumin flavor. Instead it just got bitter. Four pounds of ground beef, wasted. Better to find this out before putting it in brisket rub.

No! This has been a reliable staple for decades. It used to be tones brand now they carry MM is it still Tones? It is different- so different- like the color has gone from a camel tan to a pumpkin shade- the smell is off like cumin scent is far away and behind some odor. and the taste is really different like bitter and chemically. I can work around most things in the kitchen but this is unpalatable

So thankful to have Cumin in this size of a container, at a great price. This brand never fails.

I won't have to buy frequently used cumin for a while.
