I had issues with the sleep tracker app. But once it was reported to the store, it was immediately resolved; so now, we can see how well we are sleeping. Great company & great custmer service. This mattress has truly changed our way of sleeping. I have not had to nudge my husband when he is snoring, cuz he no longer snotes. However, it has not stopped my dog from snoring (lol).

From the first night, it was just about perfect! No more sore and aching spots! Pressure points relieved, at last! My husband, finds it very comfortable with the only exception being that it's difficult for him to turn over! Other than that, it's almost perfect. No problem with being hot and certainly never any problem with off gassing!

I've never had such great sleep before. There are two things I immediately noticed over this past week of sleep: 1. It alleviates pressure points! Before, I would constantly toss and turn because one side would get tired of being laid on, and it was time to flip. Now, I can easily lay on one side most of the night because I no longer get that need-to-turn feeling. It's the GREATEST. 2. I've been waking up on my back!! This came as a huge surprise. As a major side sleeper, I've never slept on my back. But this past week, I've fallen asleep on my back quite a few times because it's actually comfortable for the first time! The decision between the Soft or Firm style was a tough one. I went to a local retailer to feel the bed in person since this is a high-consideration purchase, and I ultimately decided on Soft. Honestly you can't go wrong with either, they're both COMFY! The soft is extremely soft, and it feels like you're floating on a cloud. You just sink right in. If you're looking for more of a firm-soft, the Firm style will be the one for you. I would absolutely recommend this bed!

After just receiving our 5th mattress set in 18 years I think I can finally say, 'This is the best and our Last!' We both have bad backs and with other mattresses 3-4 hours after going to sleep we are awake and in pain. With Tempur-pedic we have made 6 to 8 hours before we'd waken. You definitely get what you pay for, and while they are expensive you really get what you wanted. Try them first.

I am a youngish person with years of back pain, mostly worsened by sleeping. I would only be able to sleep on my back with pillows under my knees for years. Had a very old original tempurpedic that worked miracles but after 10 years was wearing on my back. I replaced it with an organic high end latex mattress of moderate firmness and was disappointed immediately. After such a big purchase, it took years for me to start looking again for a bed that relieved my back and now shoulder and knee pain. Fast forward to having tried 2 different Tempurpedic beds that were not good for my back, the tempur flex prima in medium and one i can't remember the name of...Both were trrible for my back and Tempurpedic gave me one more try. Well after much deliberation between the Pro-Adapt Firm and the more expensive Luxe-Adapt Firm, I went with the mattress that felt most like my old original Tempurpedic- the Luxe Adapt Firm and I could not be happier. I have had the bed since Jan 2019 and I can finally say, no back, shoulder or knee pain since then. The bed cushions where I need it and it is not too firm for my frame which is slight-5"9" and 125 lbs. I worry that it will become too soft but that has not happened yet. I really love my bed and now never wake up in the middle of the night in pain because of my mattress. It is expensive, but when you spend almost 25% of a day in bed then the cost is justified. I am very happy with this purchase and have no complaints except that it is a bit difficult to move around because of the mattresses conforming ability, however, I don't need to constantly move because nothing hurts so for me this is not an issue

We were very excited about the cooling that the luxe adapt had when we tried it In The store but when we got it delivered and put the mattress protector on we couldn't feel any cooling whatsoever so we took the protector off and just slept with the fitted sheet over the mattress but still could not feel the cooling affect. Very very disappointed that we spent so much on this mattress that touted cooling and we don't get that at all. My fitness watch tracks my body temperature at night and there has been no difference with the luxe adapt which is supposed to allow you to sleep 5 degrees cooler. So while the bed is comfortable I would no way spend the amount of money we did when there are plenty of good memory foam beds out there for less.

I was a little skeptical, but now, after 4 nights I am totally sold! This is the best mattress ever! Even sideways it feels great, is cooler than my old mattress and I am so happy with it. I have had major problems getting to sleep in the last few years... I am going right to sleep! Thank you!!

The mattress itself is beautifully made. In my research of the mattress line I understood that these mattress sleep warm, that is true. The only other disappointment is there is little support in the edge of the mattress. Overall this is still a very well made mattress. I'm hopping for years of service from this purchase

The best part is that it is soft but with a little firmness that adapts to your body. The mattress is comfortable and cool to the touch. I have had such restful sleep recently after using this luxurious mattress. I would highly recommend this to friends and family because of the positive impact on my body. If I had to compare this mattress to others I have owned in the past I would say that this one is a great investment because of the top notch quality. My previous mattresses have been cheap and have not lasted very long. I would have to get mattress toppers just to be able to sleep on it without back problems. I would purchase the Tempur-Luxe Adapt Soft mattress because it is one of the best products I have ever tested. I toss and turn at night and since I have been using this product I feel the difference because it feels like I am sleeping on a modern highly engineered mattress!
