This is our second Tempur Pedic mattress so we were aware of the 90 day break in period. Honestly did not need this period, mattress was comfortable from day one. Good nights sleep back on track! And really did not have any memory foam odor that is associated with memory foam mattresses. Our first Tempur Pedic was one of the first generations and literally weighted a ton. So changing the sheets are no longer a dreaded chore. And the option to remove the cover and wash is a definite plus. Last model was a "pillow top" and we did a warranty claim. Customer service is EXTREMELY easy to work with and really had our best interest in mind. Made the warranty claim very easy and seamless. We are so happy with this mattress and have already had two friends switch after going to the showroom and trying them out. My co-worker and her husband purchased the same model but in soft. Little too cushy for us, but they love it compared to their last highly advertised bed! 100% recommend this mattress. You will not be disappointed and you can try them out in a showroom unlike some models sold on TV.

Although I'm only 25, I'm a registered nurse and I work long hours. I never thought much about our bed quality, until my neck and back started hurting. I couldn't even turn my head properly because of the pain. My first fix was to get a different pillow, it helped somewhat, but didn't solve my problem. So we decided to bite the bullet and purchase one of the most expensive items we have purchased as a married couple! This was the smartest decision we made! We bought this mattress (LuxeAdapt Soft) and tempur-pedic pillows. After 2 nights sleep, my neck and back were like brand new! The support my body gets through a nights rest is exactly what I need to recharge. So happy with our purchase!!! Also ordering online was SO easy. We got our order in less than ONE week!!! Amazing customer service and quick delivery for an amazing product, can't beat that!!!!

For 11 Years my wife and I and recently our small child have slept on a Twin XL Tempurpedic Rapsody and changed to King. March 2019 we purchased the King Size Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze from Gallery Furniture in Houston, it is brand new and not listed on Tempu-Pedic website yet so I selected the Tempur-Luxe. Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze is much better than Rapsody because of the cooling feature and firmness, instead of buying a new motorized box set, we still use the one from before and simply lift left and right side of mattress to make the bed even when we want to watch TV. It is the best mattress and great for two people that had back surgery and issues with our backs.

We made quite a few visits to Tempurpedic showrooms. I wanted a firm bed but this model feels softer than expected. It is called a "firm" but the Luxe Adapt has an extra layer on the top of the bed which makes it feel softer to me. When shopping for the mattress, I liked the feel of the Pro Adapt Firm. It does not have the extra layer on top and it costs less. Salespeople suggested the Pro Adapt Firm would be too firm for a side sleeper giving pressure to shoulders, hips and knees. So, I was swayed a bit by the salespeople and bought the Luxe Adapt. It's a good bed and we get a decent nights sleep. But, it just feels too soft. By the way, the delivery, installation and take of the old mattress was perfect.

But it is absolutely hands down the MOST COMFORTABLE mattress I've ever slept on in my life! Even without the extra features that could be enjoyed IF I had the Tempurpedic PowerBase for the mattress to be put down into. This is an item which can be purchased (separately) for the mattress to be put into since it hat could possibly I have had this mattress about 3 weeks now, I fell in love the first night & it still keeps getting more and more comfortable!!! I believe that's due to the special type of memory foam that is used in tempurpedic products because it is not just regular memory foam, it is much better! This mattress will conform to your body in the most perfect way and it literally feels like it hugs every part of me which I love! As a side sleeper with scoliosis curvatures in my middle of my back and also where my spine meets my neck. This mattress has already made a huge difference as far as helping my chronic pain that I deal with from the scoliosis. I love that this mattress helps to keep cool at night also, which I think would do even better with that if I wasn't addicted to my flannel sheets lol. Another thing I love about this mattress is that it is not your traditional white or off white colored mattress. My kids especially, and myself can be quite messy, so dark colors are always better for us! I love everything about this mattress I truly do. The comfort level if rated 1 - 10 would definitely surpass 10 by thousands There are only two negative things I can say about this mattress, which both things are not even aspects that would even be an issue with some or most people in the first place. The first would be that it has a very high price point. The next is that it can not be used with a regular box spring due to the heavy weight of the mattress which again, this is probably not an issue for some if not most people.

Salesman Nidebele was very helpful both before the purchase, delivery confirmation and afterwards. Great quality but mattress is several days only......still a little firm. The salesman has followed up on this and he assures me the mattress will soften up some as compared to the demo unit at the store. No worries here. Very satisfied.

This was causing me to wake mid night, sleep in multiple locations and have excessive body aches. I tried bed-by-mail and other options. It was a big commitment to step up to a Tempurpedic product, but boy am I glad I did! I have had my first full night's sleep in years. I am more rested with less aches. This bed is the real deal, and completely changed my life. There is no dollar amount you can place on that!

We spent about 2 hours in the store and settled on the LuxeAdapt but unfortunately, it ended up being too soft and sleeps a lot hotter than it felt in the store. It's a Tempur-Pedic so it's still comfortable but not what we were looking for, especially at that price. We have decided to take advantage of the 90-night sleep trial and are in contact with Tempur-Pedic to get it swapped out for the Tempur-LuxeBreeze Firm but have not heard when or if it's being shipped. Hopefully, we'll hear from them soon and the process will go as smoothly as promised. However, they did warn me that they will only swap the mattress out once so keep that in mind when deciding on mattresses or replacements.
