[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Corners were bubbled up, and there were waves along the sides. Customer Servuce Rep was hostile and dismissive. It took filing a warranty claim and threatening to return all 3 purchased mattresses to get a replacement of the 1 defective mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a Tempur-pedic Pro-adapt, I already knew I was a customer for life. However, after comparing the models, I decided the Luxe was sounded more fit for my needs. I'm VERY happy with the upgrade, and recommend it to everyone I know.

Overall happy with the mattress, it was a warranty replacement for an old Contour Elite breeze. My one gripe is that it is SOOO hot. It retains a tremendous amount of heat under where we are laying. Wish we had paid the difference for the LuxeBreeze. The warranty on this product is great, though I don't feel the products quite live up to their extremely high price tag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and was constantly flipping from side to side due to pressure point pain with my old spring mattress. I noticed an immediate difference the first night sleeping on my tempur pedic. I no longer have shoulder or hip pain while sleeping on my side. Every area feels supported by the mattress. I have had the mattress for 2 months and have no regrets with the purchase!!

This mattress replaced our old one that we had for 16 years! This one is certainly familiar to our previous Tempur, but so much better as the design has been improved. Mattress does as intended "Contours to your body and cuddles you into restful bliss"

I needed a soft mattress because my previous one got hard, and was hurting my ribs, etc. I only have had it about a week, so I am still braking it in. But I can tell you that I feel comfortable and sleep deeper and longer! So 5 Stars. I recommend it to anyone, even to people who like medium comfort.

2 years of not being able to sleep but not a problem no more. I have had my temper hybrid medium for two weeks and I'm finally able to sleep like a baby get up a feel rested. As a World Trade Center terror attack survivor my spine has been severely messed up not no more thank you temper pedic for making a wonderful Bed

I had this mattress for 80 days and it was so painful. I would wake up with a sore back and hips each morning. I followed all the advice for breaking in this mattress and it made no difference. I am still doing physical therapy to try and undo the harm to my back and hips. The description says it is cooling but that is not true. I would wake up in the middle of the night because it was too hot. I also bought 2 expensive Tempur-Pedic pillows thinking this would help, but turned out to be a waste of money. They are very heavy and don't provide any cooling benefit. I found another mattress brand that is much more comfortable, provides the needed support for my back and hips and is cooling.

I love it, my husband is still getting used to it. He is a big guy, outweighs me by about 100 pounds. That means he sinks down low into the foam and it can be a bit of a struggle for him to turn over and get out of bed. I, on the other hand, love settling into a cozy little burrow. I have arthritis in my back and I no longer have any difficulty getting comfortable and staying comfortable all night. As to the smell that the sales person was obligated to warn us about, we barely noticed it and it wasn't at all unpleasant.

I've now had my mattress 7 months and it is NOTHING like it was at the store. When I tested the mattress at the store it was like sleeping on a cloud. I fell in love. My mattress is somewhat firm and now has a dip in the middle. Super uncomfortable and I wake up stiff and sore every morning and get the worst sleep. I do not recommend this mattress.
