It's an excellent product. The ink doesn't spill when refilling, and it delivers on its promise, lasting thousands of color and black and white copies. Highly recommended.

Easy to fill, no mess, you have to plug in the ink to the well or the ink will not come out. So seriously no mess. Didn't even get it on my fingers. Color is clear and beautiful. Price is reasonable too.

I gave this product 3 stars because I bought it for a machine at work that I do not use. So I have no idea how well this product performs. However I figure it must be good or I would not be asked to purchase it .

Fake ink. Packaging is not the same as genuine ink, but similar. The bottles themselves are a dead giveaway. I have no problem with sellers of third party ink but selling counterfeit ink as genuine is an outright scam
