WAY TO SMALL

We got these for our 2 year old for her Birthday. She is 32 inches tall and 29 lbs. According to the size chart, she is a 2T. (In Carters, she is between a 24M and 2T). We ordered a 3T, they were so tight the sleeves would have left marks if they were left on. Our 2 year old proclaimed "I am STUCK!!!!"
