We've had this futon setup in our game room for almost a month now, and we're very happy with it so far! Fortunately, we had no issues with shipping unlike some other reviews I've seen. As for the futon itself, it looks great, feels great, transitions between the couch and flat positions very easily, and the setup was a breeze! The microfiber is very soft, which I like. Overall the futon is quite firm, and a little low to the ground. I'm tall, but I find it comfortable despite how low it is (I couldn't sit comfortably with both feet flat on the floor, though). In addition to the firmness, I feel like the structure of the futon is sturdy. With a combined weight of about 400 lbs, my wife and I have used the futon in both couch and flat positions, and it seems pretty solid. Transitioning between positions is as easy as pulling the back of the futon up until it clicks! There are two extra legs to extend for the flat position to provide extra support, and they are conveniently located within zippered pockets on the back of the futon. Finally, I'd like to point out how simple the assembly was. After removing the hardware packet, I only had to hand tighten six legs into pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the futon. I feel like this is a quality futon, and I would recommend it. Especially if you like the style, if you like microfiber, and if you like firm seating.

Bought this on december 1st when they ran a christmas special. Didn't get delivered till december 22nd. They never called to schedule a delivery like the store page says. It sat in a warehouse 30 mins away for 9 days and I made every effort to try on pick it up myself. Sams Club chat help did not help at all and consistently lied to me, I've still yet to get a response from their special team like they said I would. I was not going to be home the day THEY chose to deliver it so thats why I was trying to pick it up or reschedule the delivery but no one at the carrier answered the phone. My wife was home when they delivered it and the driver acted like a prick and could care less about his job. Left the item in the drive way propped up against my garage door. If I can't pick it up, I will never buy anything else from sams. Terrible experience

The futon fits in our office perfectly. Seems sturdy and the material is a soft microfiber. My only issue was the shipping service Sam's used - very poor but that doesn't take away from the futon but will make me reconsider ordering a large item again.
