I ordered 6 of these chairs and they all came in quickly and exactly as described. Chairs are comfortable and beautiful for our media room!

We were very excited to purchase this recliner, unfortunately, we have already returned it. The recliner is very uncomfortable with no head support.

I was somewhat worried about this purchase since I could not sit in these before the purchase, but once they (we bought two) arrived, we were very pleased. Easy to assemble and seem to work great.

I wish that Sam's Club would have this reclinder in a store to try out. If I tried it out in a store I would not have bought it. The stuffing is way too thick for my shoulders, so you have to get a big pillow behind my head to watch TV.

Took a while to get the order due to manufacturing delays but now that they have arrived I love them. Lots of storage space, comfy seats. The only thing that would make these perfect would be an adjustable head. Very satisfied with this purchase.

They are comfortable but the headrests aren't prominent enough to have the TV in your line of sight while reclined. Requires the use of a neck pillow. The storage arms and USB charging port are nice touches and they were easy to un-box and assemble.

Very Comfortable.Love how fast it reclines and back to normal.Like the storage in the arm rests.Note: does not have heat or vibrate if that is what you want.Good value for the money.
