So far good. Will see how long it lasts. The reason for 1 less star is that it doesn't have a mode to fully recline just the feet, and keep the back fully upright. You can "catch" that moment when back just starts to recline and the foot part is *almost* reclined, but it is a compromise.

The main reason I bought this chair was the whitish color. The size is good and not too bulky. Yes it is true that you will need a pillow for your head. If you don’t want to use a pillow this chair is not for you. At first the chair feels a little stiff. Assembly was pretty easy but the zipper was not too fun. I bought 2 chairs but the second one was kind of defective. Sams replaced it and FedEx picked up the defective one. My suggestion is to examine everything before you put it together!

Less than desirable communication regarding delivery.. it took a month to receive chairs. Sams and Abbysone actually gave me someone else’s tracking number but I did eventually get the two chairs I ordered. I was charged for the Allstate warranty but never got an email with info… that was another couple hours with Allstate but eventually was sent warranty .. effective date of order not down the road when actually received. Chairs are not really comfortable but they were a good price so will just “make do” with them.They seem well made.. just not really comfortable. I believe I’d opt for the Serta chairs if given a choice. I spent a whole lot of time trying to find out when they were getting g shipped, getting a correct tracking number then only to find no Allstate warranty was on file.. had to upload receipts and then eventually got the warranty.. so buyer be prepared to work for it!

I really like this recliner. Not overstuffed and does not take up any unnecessary space. The seat is firm but not hard. The foot rest goes up to flat before the back starts going back so that is a plus if you just want your feet up. You only need 4 inches for wall clearance for the reclined back. I find the arm rest at a perfect hight. I'm a big girl of average height and it has plenty of room for me.

Absolutely love these chairs! We were looking for replacement options for a loveseat in our rv. Rv furniture is awfully uncomfortable but finding quality comfortable replacements are difficult as our door opening is only 29 inches and it needed to match the existing sofa in the rv that I cannot find a replacement for as it can only be 35 inches wide. I had exhausted every option for months when I saw these. Since they arrive with the back off they would fit the opening. The color looked close enough online that I was willing to take a chance. Not being able to sit in them I was unsure how comfortable they were but de died they had to be better than what we had so I ordered two. Omg they are so comfortable! They are more of a firm then a sink into which is what we wanted. Love the lumbar support they offer. And the wall hugging fully recline is amazing! Only needs a couple of inches from the wall. I am 5’4 and they are just a little too deep for me I have to wiggle in but not a big deal at all. My husband is 6’ and he fits perfectly. The electric recline works great and having the usb chargers is fantastic for our electronics. Also love the storage in both arms of the chair. Great for remotes, books, tablets etc. and 2 cup holders! Don’t hesitate order these you won’t be sorry. Oh and the color matched our existing sofa perfectly!

Like I read on another review, I don’t believe this is a Lexington chair. It was about a week late getting here, but arrived fine. It’s not super high quality, but suits my need and it looks good. Overall not bad for the price for an electric chair.

I bought two of the recliners and am impressed with the quality and cost of them. The only drawback is, you definitely have to have a pillow behind your head because they don’t have enough cushion there.

Very comfortable chair . Very sturdy you can tell it is a quality product once you look the chair . Once you sit in the chair you can tell it is a quality piece of furniture that will last a long time .

The recliner broke in extended position on the 3rd day. After initially being told a repairman would come to repair it, we have not had any action or replies to emails or calls.

We’ve had this chair a little over a week. We are disappointed in the headrest area because it lacks support for the neck and head in the upright and partially recline positions.
