it is very comfortable

I just bought this from another vendor! Same price so no big deal on the price!!! So disappointed… it really looked like a heavy sturdy chair … when I tell you the side arms are so flimsy… The padding on the arms aren’t overlapping to the sides so if you don’t rest your arms in the middle it will hurt your elbows …

I bought this chair to replace one that broke. The chair is comfortable, but the legs don't reach the maximum height until the chair has almost fully reclined. It is supposed to be a theatre chair but to get legs up the chair is so reclined that you can't view a tv without additional pillow under head and shoulders. If there isn't a way to adjust how quickly the legs lift I'll have to return the chair to Sam's

My husband surprised me with this chair because it has all these features and looks nice. Sadly, the cover for one of the storage compartments was bent and and didn't cover the compartment all the way. We tried fixing it but it wasn't possible and putting an arm on it made it so much worse. Just from a regular sized human arm, the other one started doing the same thing within 2 days of purchase. The lumbar part of the chair was the worst. It actually made my back hurt so bad! I usually don't have back problems so this was new to me. This was one of the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat on. We returned it after 3 days.

I wrote an excellent review for the 4 chairs I purchased just over 1 year ago. This week the USB ports on 2 of the chairs purchased quit charging devices. According to google I will probably have to get an electrician to fix the problem. Soon after, the recliner portion will go out also. At this point I will just use the chairs until they completely wear out and purchase something simple.

Not as expected

I bought this about two months ago and wanted to give it some time to write a fair review. The chair cushions are rather hard and not very comfortable. I hoped it would soften up over time but still remains quite rigid. The second problem is the noise. Whenever you recline the chair, the seat cushion and the arms rub together creating a ridiculous sound that echoes through the house. Imagine a birthday clown making balloon animals turned up to eleven. The only reason it didn’t get one star is because it still functions as a chair for now.

Never received the recliner so after 17 days of waiting I cancelled the order. When it did not arrive by shipment date, I contacted Sam's who then contacted Abbison, the supplier. The next day Abbison email to say they did not know why it had not ship but would expedite the order. I never heard anything else from them so after another week I cancelled (Sam's Club was very helpful to cancel and process refunds for the chair and the extended warranty).
