Good product

This couch is very comfy and we were super excited that it came with USB charging. The initial adapter that came with it was broken. Company didn't want to give us a replacement, and took forever once they decided finally replace it. It's been less than a month since we got the replacement adapter and the right side charger just stopped working. Clearly the electronics are garbage. Very frustrating since we didn't even get a month of the couch actually working. They know it won't get returned by most people because who's going to put it back in the back and be able to get it back to the store? Very unhappy.

Basic comfortable furniture

Usually reclining sofas are uncomfortable to lie down on but this one is fantastic! Sam's, please bring this sofa, loveseat, & recliner back, I need to buy more pieces!!!

Only had a month and it is the most uncomfortable sofa I've ever had. Cushions are too soft. Huge gaps behind my back. Objects can just get lost in gap. Fabric is too slick, feels like a car seat. Going to take it back soon.
