My husband and I purchased this sofa for our new townhome. It is great material, the USB connections work great on both ends, and it reclines perfectly. No issues yet, but also it is a month old. My recommendation with this couch is to have a Uhal or a big enough truck cabin to transport it. We luckily waited to pick up after we got out Uhal and we are glad we did. The box is huge and super heavy. More than one person to load and unload. Once we brought it home, we did have to unbox it and take each separate piece in, the box was too big to fit through the doors. Super easy set up, everything just clicks into place. Overall, my husband thinks it is the best purchase for the price point.

Absolutely love this leather sofa! It seems like no matter what you do linen/microfiber furniture takes on the smell of animals besides collecting hair. The hair now just wipes off easily and any dander odor is gone because of the leather.

This recliner/sofa is beautiful, the leather is super soft. We love it.

A very solid, well made piece of furniture. Setup was easy and it is very comfortable.

This is a big, solid sofa, about 250 lbs. It took 4 of us to wrestle it into the living room. We were quite pleased with the look. However, when we tried to extract the footrests, both of them bound up and would not retract. Apparently the retract mechanism scissors assembly contacted the bottom frame member, now allowing the footrest to close. We contacted the US manufacturer/importer, and they could do nothing and had none in stock. Then we contacted our Sams Club store. We didn't want to have to pack up the sofa and cart it back to Sams, so I called and asked for some kind of small discount for the inconvenience. Sams was nice on the phone but said their policy was no discounts/rebates after the sale. I ended up using my angle grinder to grind off a small portion of the base metal to give the footrest enough clearance to close. We are kinda happy now, it's a beautiful piece.

It's a beautiful sofa but it's so slippery that when you're sitting or reclining you are constantly fighting to sit up and not slip off.

The couch is not big enough for a big person. My husbands legs hang way over the end. When releasing the foot rest has a terrible squeak haven't found a way to put some WD 40 on it yet. Other than that it seems to be okay.
