So far I tried washing my bed sheets and they came out super clean in only 28 minutes! The dryer was super quick and took only 30 minutes! Just to clarify, I have queen size bed sheets and I was able to fit both comforters and my bed sheets inside of the washing machine without any problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To get this out of the way, 2 days after getting this with the matching dryer and petistils, the first one had a catastrophic electrical failure. The tec support was great in some areas, not so good in others. Once it was identified as failed, a new one was ordered and delivered 2 days later. Since that one was delivered, I could not be happier with it. It looks great. It has a crap ton of features, has the auto dispense which has cut down on soap usage dramatically, and reduced water usage. Did I mention it looks great? The steam feature is really cool to boot. As long as this one doesn't short out, I can comfortably say it is a great washer. And I love the intragrtion with other Samsung devices, where a pop up appears on my Samsung TV, and am alerted on both my phone and tablet when the cycle is complete, or if the washer automatically changed the time, amount of wash and rinse cycles, or dry time. The AI system is really cool with all the sensors, determining weight, soil level, and moisture for the dryer. I have been using for about 2 and a half months so far with no hiccups. It is pricy, but beautiful, and full of features.

The new features available on these models are really terrific. The washer will automatically adjust the cycle for load size and soil level, it notifies when complete via the app, and I really love having the large dispenser for detergent, I only have to fill that every few months and we do a lot of laundry! It's very quiet and sleek looking also. Very happy with both units so far.

I bought this washer and its matching dryer and they both are amazing! You can even hook them up to your google and Alexa devices. They can even let you know if your cycle is done or if you need more detergent etc. If you use Alexa devices you can set it up to order your detergent once the washer notifies you that it's low. They are so many features that I cannot write them all. For anyone stacking the washer and dryer, the total height will be around 79 inches tall. I will update my review as time goes on. The clothes are washed super well, the ai optiwash feature is amazing, removes the toughest of the stains and is very sturdy. The design of the machine so super sleek and crisp elevates your laundry room . And the most amazing is the smart features from which I can now control my washing loads away from home save so much time .

No wasting detergent or fabric softener with the prefilled holders, put clothes in and go. Smart things app lets me know when washing is complete and I can start and stop rinse , wash from my phone. I have the green set and I absolutely love them. I can control washer and dryer from washer. When I wash. Special load , dryer knows what to do because they work together. Own a childcare it the best at small loads and a great sanitizer.

I don't have to continuously go back and forth to my laundry room. I live out in the country and have never just been able to run a wash and my work clothes get clean! 10 out of 10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and have I absolutely love it. The SmartAI function does all the work for you. You don't need select the cycle or add detergent once you load it in the tray. Works beautiful with SmartThings App too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this with the washer and petistils. I did have to wait a few weeks, as the petistils were on back order. They must be very popular. Needless, once it got here, I fired it up, and it worked, and continues to work flawlessly. Has not had one hiccup. The only annoyance, is I can not get the end of cycle to pop up on my Samsung TV, like the washer, but, it is not the end of the world. I have had it now for about 2 and a half months. It is a bit pricy, but it looks great, and works great.
