It's neen 1 year since my install and all is great! we lost power a couple times and without fail the generator kicked in! So nice not having to worry about sump pumps, freezers, etc. Worth the investment!

We got a generator because of constant power outages. It works great, have had no issues, install went smooth. Only had to use once, but more importantly gives us peace of mind knowing we have it.

This is my second Generac, plus we bought one for my elderly parents. All three units have operated flawlessly, and are very easy to service. It's real peace of mind to know we have dependable back-up power when our Midwest weather decides act up.

From day 1 this generator has worked flawlessly. I was very suprised at how quiet but efficient this machine is. I will recommend this generator to all my friends.

The unit is compact and blends in well with its surroundings. Haven't had a chance to use it yet...good thing, but when it tests itself every Saturday, it is quiet and we can barely hear it running. Very pleased with the purchase.

Crews knew their jobs and did a good clean installation and worked through little problems and developed solutions as fast as issues came up. Good job Generator works great and runs all equipment.

I am impressed by Generac, but think that the sale, installation, and follow up secured the good rating. We were really pleased dealing with Optimize Electric here in Baton Rouge LA.

I had a 15kw system back in 2003. It met all my needs and then some. This new system is much quiter than the 15kw and appears to be smaller in size. I like the control panel in this 22kw system because it is easy to operate.

I like the quality and durability of the generator. I have already had a power outage and it worked great. Restored my electricity in less than 20 seconds.

We purchased our generator in March of 2026. Although we have not had a need for it yet, we are confident when we do need back up power it will work as designed. We were very happy with Storm Electric who did the installation.
