This preformed excellently during a major power outage. Also the weekly test is on the time it was set to go. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a whole house generator.

We have had a couple of bouts of bad weather causing the power to go out. My new generator came on just like it was supposed to and kept us powered until the shore power was restored.

I bought this with the hope that I would never use it! However, this past Saturday we had a tornado in my hometown and power was off in the neighborhood for 3 days. It was such a blessing that the generator kicked in and worked like a charm!

I have a hand full of customers that travel and this item is great for them and myself. We can keep an eye on the generator and they have piece of mind when they are away. Easy to install and the process to activate is not hard to follow.

Works like a champ. We recently had a power outage and the generator kicked in and ran flawless for over two hours. If it wasn't for the few seconds that power was out, ie: TV shut off, we would have never known that the power was out.

It's neen 1 year since my install and all is great! we lost power a couple times and without fail the generator kicked in! So nice not having to worry about sump pumps, freezers, etc. Worth the investment!

We are very pleased with our Generac generator. We are pleased with the appearance, and especially with the monitoring service. They serve our needs well.

I really like the generator so far. It has done its weekly test and is not as loud as I would have thought. I hope to never use it but I'm happy I have it.
