Just had the startup service yesterday. Install company was great! Tested twice with no issues.

Everything was as advertised and works flawlessly.

This product has awesome features.

Expected this to be quieter but the noise level is the same as running a lawn mover.

Not quite as described in manual

My neighbors all like theirs. I have 4 neighbors that have them.

I have had no problems with my unit.

Had this installed on 4/8, today is 5/20 and it still has never been working. Generac has been no help whatsoever, they're more concerned about selling their next generator, than trying to replace the lemon they gave me with a new one. I do not recommend at all!!

Apart from the weekly tests we have had one opportunity to see the generator in action when a nearby transformer failed.  We had full power restored within a minute, and seamless transfer back to utility power once the repairs were complete.
My only complaint is that as an engineer, I'd like to get more data from the weekly tests.  All I get is "It started, it ran, it stopped".  I would like to see logs of fuel consumption, oil pressure, temperature, and generators output.  I've asked about this information but my requests went unanswered.
