This product has awesome features.

We purchased it about 2 years ago and it pretty much has failed us when the need arises during storms or other weather in climate conditions. This was bought because I have a cpap machine and need it to sleep. Also to protect the contents of our freezer and fridge.

Poor choice on my part.

I was very impressed in the entire process. The initial survey to determine my needs, installation, and customer service have been top notch. 

Earlier this week we had a storm and lost power for 1/2 hour. The system worked flawlessly!!! 

You can not go wrong with Generac. Their certified installers are very well trained.
