We have had the generator for several years. During that time we've had about 5 outages, and the unit operated exactly as intendedl

so far haven't used it yet it started up fine and no problems might be able to use it later in the future

The product is very good, but I was troubled by it taking about a year to receive one. Not that I have it, I am very happy.

It looks nice in my side yard. The company that installed it was very communicative and did a great job

I found unit well made, and runs quiet, customer service was easy to get to, and agents friendly. I would buy again.
