The generator works but remote monitoring does not. Despite hours with support, nothing works. I can remotely monitor my doorbell and two Roombas. I hope Generac gets the software fixed - someday.

Having the piece of mind of no worries when the power goes out is priceless! Whole house generator installed. Only 39 seconds of power delay and the whole house is back to normal when there is a power interruption!

I waited 4 months for the unit. (G0072099) After installation I was told it didn't have WiFi connection because it was shipped without a computer chip! What else does the chip control? What other features won't work? Not happy!

The installation went very well and the crew was very professional and informative. Helped in the selection for placement. After installation they took the time to go over the features and operation. Very pleased with the appearance and clean up.

got this to back up my home in case of outage since in on well and septic this will run my entire house and with small kids that is pretty sweet I would def recommend not very loud for the most part and fires up when it should

We have not had to use ours yet. I would highly recommend this product to everyone has given us relief of never being worried of be out of power again. Would also highly recommend M-Line electric very friendly and very professional service.

Newly installed 22kW generator and transfer switch. Installer (Apple Electric, Lewes DE) did a clean and fast job. Unit itself is very neat. So far, only test modes run on it, but everything has gone as planned.
