Just had generator installed on 5/6/22. Once installation was completed. Electrician tested unit it work great powering up the whole house. Very satisfied with product highly recommend generac generators to everyone.

I haven’t had power issues as of yet, but now knowing I do not need to worry about it, is well worth it already. Neighbors and friends are already planning on coming to our house when the next storm comes!

I got this generator to power our whole house and on the install and testing, worked like a charm. The cutover was seamless with only a few seconds delay and reverted back to normal power when reset.

I work shift work, so if a storm or a hurricane hits, I feel that my family will be safe and secure with our Generac generator backing up the entire home.

So far I haven’t used the Generator, but it did test it self and everything cranked right up. I’m just glad to be ready just in case. The mobile link app is great too, It has a status history to let me know what it’s doing.

LOVE out Generac! If you don't have one and are debating it - stop debating! Amazing service and support. We have used this Generator over and over again. Note - I did not enable the remote wifi option to increase security of the unit.
