The first day this product was in operation it had the opportunity to engage because of an automobile accident that knocked down a power line for three hours until WIN Energy REMC made necessary line repairs and the Generac worked flawlessly.

Just completed installation and activation this morning. The test run and explanations/directions from the installer were excellent. I hope I'll never need it but I know I have a product that will get me through any power outage.

Beware! You will have to pay $50 annually to be able to use the Wi-Fi that comes with the generator. I would give it a better review if not for that. I have never had to pay to use wi-fi- on something that comes with wi-fi.

I have tried for 3 years to get load shedding installed on our generator. RG Behers electric has not got this job done. Who would I contact to get this work done?

Noise level is acceptable hear a mild hum in our home when it's running. The day after installation we lost power for about an hour and a half the generator kicked on and both AC units never missed a beat.

We inquired about our system a few months ago. Sales rep was very helpful and responsive. Install of the system occurred faster than promised. Remote system checks occur as promised. Very happy with our decision.

I have always wanted a whole house generator because of prior experiences. But now, I have that feeling that I may need it. Oh well, you can't beat the piece of mind that I will never have to worry about a power outage!

Recent install by Metro Electric. Thorough job and professional install. Unit has cycled/exercised several times without issue. Waiting for first outage to see how the unit performs. So far, so good.

Just finished “ start-up “ today. All I can say is I know this is the best product on the market . I know this because my sister-in-law , and her husband live in Sunshine LA , and have had theirs for several years and has been phenomenal.Lrover

I was impressed with the appearance, ease of operation, function and engineering of this generator. In addition the installers were courteous and professional.
