I was very happy with the installation. Excellent job installing the product. We haven't had an outage yet but we are sure the generator will work fine when we do.

Excellent product. From power off, generator starts in 7 seconds. 15 more seconds go by, and power is applied to the home. We are very happy with this.

got this to back up my home in case of outage since in on well and septic this will run my entire house and with small kids that is pretty sweet I would def recommend not very loud for the most part and fires up when it should
