OAK Electric did everything on schedule, including all the electrical change-over. Could hardly hear the generator when they tested it. Bring on the winter storms.

The system itself is quite compact, and with the whole house transfer switch it's a no worry system. The local installers were great, and walked us through the maintenance and operation clearly.
