Hard to write a review on something just installed, but I can say my installation crew was of the highest caliber in terms of customer service and knowledge of product and various electrical scenarios. We went with the Guardian 22Kw for a home with essentially two small separate living quarters - (ie dual electric boxes) and a solar set up. I feel very confident that the Generac will serve us successfully when the power goes down. It started right up and switched over seemlessly. It is not bad to look at either when one considers the alternative of another random TX electrical outage!

This is our second whole home generator. We upgraded our home and chose to upgrade our Generac, and so glad we did! Love the Wi-Fi Feature, it's so quiet, and safety features are a bonus. Shortly after install, our power was out for over 12 hours, on a hot summer day, however, our Generac powered right up. If you live in the country or have someone with medical concerns that make it difficult to move them from place to place, don't go another day without getting one installed!

The entire process, from quotation to installation, took a bit of time due to a significant order backlog, but overall I'm happy with the process through SPS. They responded to queries and kept me informed as to status. The installers were very professional. The Generac appears to be made of high quality materials and offers several key features.

I have bought two of these 22kw with ats now generator's. It is a great unit that takes care of all my needs. Power whole house with no problems. Easy to use and maintain and now with the Wi-Fi enabled units it’s even better so you can check they status of the generator any time or anywhere

We just finished the install and 2 days later lost power. Everything worked as advertised and we were pleased to have a working generator for the 2-3 hour period while our power was down. Haven't really read and learned about all of the features i.e. wifi yet but will shortly. The install went very well and we were pleased with the communication, completed work and clean up.

The whole process was almost flawless. Installed two weeks ago. The installation crew was professional. Arrived on time. Crew was tow experienced installer and one trainee. Some issues with paperwork back in the office. 100% satisfied when the crew left at the end of the day.

The SPS team was amazing, from start to finish. I did my research before choosing the type of generator and company to do the install and support. I made the decision to go with Generac and SPS after talking to 4 other companies. I am a single homeowner and trust in the product and the company is paramount. I have had the system installed for less than 3 weeks and it's already been used twice. Power goes out quite a bit in my area and I also travel so knowing the system will work and that I am notified of each action the generator takes. I would recommend this product to anyone and the Specialized Power Services company to do the install!

The Generator Centre staff were very knowledgeable and professional. The installation was done efficiently. I cannot comment on the performance of the generator itself as it was installed on April 20th and the propane tanks have not been installed as of yet. We have not used the generator.
