Our Generac dealer and install crew was Lee Legler Construction & Electric, Yorkville, IL. Lee, Terry, Mia and Lee's installation crew were a pleasure to do business with. Lee's crew were very easy to deal with and was very professional, very detailed and thorough. From what I have been told is Lee and his crew install one Generac every day of the week. They were on time and immediately got to work with our installation. Very patiently explained how the transfer switch worked and cleaned up everything when done. I can absolutely recommend this business for your purchase and installation.

There are several questionable installers but once I found a Pro, they were great. Wifi receiver is much too weak and will not stay connected. This 14kw replaced an older 13kw and we know we will be ready for any outage. I have been unable to get the 7 or 10 year warranty promised but not giving up, thank you.

Even thou I have only had a few days but I know it will be worth it. I purchased the 22kw and my mother in-law purchased a 14kw a year ago and couldn't be happier. There are probably 50 of these Generac's in our neighbor hood. The dealer had in all installed in about 5 hours!

I have not had this generator for very long. The only thing I can state is with the cable designed to be used with generator the installation was very straight forward and went very easy. The most difficult piece was the cable was not very flexible in cold conditions. More will follow as generator gets used.

I highly recommend the 22kw Generac Generator. We experience numerous power outages each year and I love having the sense of security knowing that whether we are home during the start of the power outage or not my basement won’t be flooding from the sump pump not running and my whole house will continue to function within 12 seconds without having to do anything. Thank you Generac!

The installation and initial burn-in went very well. We ran our ground source heat pump in A/C mode to give it a good test and the 26kw unit was up to the task. We are confident that we can travel without concerns for our pipes freezing while we're away. It could be improved if there were a way on the App to configure it to send email to the owner when a new item is entered into the History Log. As I write this I note that the unit has been off-line via wifi for the past 10 days and I had no idea.

Installation of generator was done on Jan. 20, 2022. The crew doing the install was prompt and did the outdoor work in less than ideal conditions with snow and cold temperatures. The crew was very efficient and cordial. Install time was only 5.5 hours. When completed a test was run and I was given easy to understand instructions on its operations. I’m very glad we got the Mobil Link option which gives me even more of peace of mind. I would highly recommend this product.

Installation crew did a commendable job. All participants showed concern for doing the job right. Unit has only been in place for eight weeks now. Have not had a power failure to evaluate its output, but unit has cycled every other week as programmed. Have not attempted to use Wi-Fi feature yet due to so many negative reviews on it. Plan to discuss with technician at six month maintenance.

As a Florida resident, I know that weather events can adversely affect me for extended periods. This generator allows me, along with my pets. to stay safe and comfortable until power is restored. In addition, the control panel is user friendly and it is easy to check the oil status when called for.

This is our third Generac generator for a good reason. Their units simply work, and work well. Our last Generac generator made it through a hurricane and ran for three (3) weeks straight. We felt very comforted knowing that it worked so well, and g-d forbid we need to rely on our generator again, we know our newest Generac addition will be there to carry the load.
