Two days ago we had a 26KW Guardian whole House Generator installed by Riverside Electric Cincinnati. The install went extremely well and the installers were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very thorough. Everything looks and functions very well. The morning after we had the generator installed high winds took down power lines in our area and we lost electricity. The generator kicked in just like it should and it powered up our house within just a couple of minutes. We are very happy !!!

We have a well and with my travel schedule our Generac generator provides me peace of mind they will never be out of power. I would highly recommend this product. The local installing contractor did an excellent job in coordinating all aspects of the project from estimate through final inspection. This was one major project that went very smooth.

From the initial salesman and company administrator/scheduler, to the gas/plumber and electric crews involved, I can easily say (& recommend) Generac (& the Generac Super Center processes as being a wise decision and excellent process in providing a great back-up electricity solution for my home. All aspects of this process were professionally exemplary and excellent.

It's not free. Beware of Generac touting the free app. Sure, there is a free part but it's useless, that gives cover for the link to be free. However, you can choose two other levels of the "free mobile link" for a price. In our modern age of WiFi components around our homes, here comes Generac with a monthly/annual fee for WiFi choices. If i had known upfront, it may well have been a deal-breaker. The principal of charging a fee is absurd, I'll have to live with that really nice feature -- but I refuse to pay any fee for WiFi related links, so that Generac feature won't be utilized. That's kin to using your laptop on your own WiFi for a monthly fee around the house. I should charge Generac for using part of my WIFI bandwidth, which they're probably using to monitor my unit. Perhaps i'll disable Generac from my WiFi. Not happy I wasn't told prior to purchase.

The quality and features are why I purchased. My contractor, SKA Electric (Stony Point, NY), provided sound advice and I’m glad I followed his advice. Their installation was 1st class and the Generac Generator is excellent. I would certainly recommend Generac and SKA Electric contracting, quality product combined with excellent installation.

After spending a week without power in GA from an unprecedented storm then coming back to FL and having the power out due to a hurricane, we decided to invest in a Generac. We had done our research and the Generac had the best reviews plus we knew several friend with different brands. The convenience is unbeatable and the security it provides our family knowing we will not be spending another night in darkness is tremendous. The professionalism of the company we purchased from was unmatched in this day and age and I not only recommend Generac but I also recommend RAJ Electric in Jupiter, FL.

Vital was very professional and knowledgeable. They met every requirement we needed and were prompt with concise and accurate information about our Generac. They came out to evaluate our needs with an initial assessment and finished the project 2 weeks later in one day. The two weeks wait was due to our county inspection process. We still have final county inspection but I don't see any issue arising. We are very happy with the total package and will elect to purchase the maintenance package as well.

Purchased a 22KW unit online and saved around $400.00. Decided to purchase a GenPad to mount the generator on. This made site preparation and installation easier. Our generator started right up (on propane) and runs quietly. We are very pleased with the generator and now have a sense of security when the next power outage occurs!

I am writing out of complete ignorance since we have not had the opportunity to use our generator yet. But the fact that we are both in our mid 80's, and out in the country, we thought it prudent to have this unit installed. We have faith in the product and our dealer from "All Install",so when we need it - it will keep us safe. Barry Miller, Rixeyville, VA

From start to finish the process was excellent and everyone was very knowledgeable, Haven't had the chance to use this product because power outages so far but I know we will. Do not have the worries or concerns since purchasing this producrt and would recommend to others.
