I can't attest to it really working yet as we just had it installed today but all tests worked. My review is for Banks Construction! What a great team of people. They worked in inclement weather to get this in and we greatly appreciate their professionalism and great work!

We've had the generator for only a short time and haven't yet had to rely on it, but we are absolutely ecstatic with our purchase. It looks great, runs quiet, and re-powers the whole house in under 30 seconds. The mobile link is a bonus, as it keeps us informed every time there is a status change, as well as keeping track of the time run, as well as how much longer till maintenance is needed. First and foremost thank you to Metro Electric for the exceptional customer service and installation. The team is spot on from the time they arrived until the job was finished and they left everything as neat and tidy as if they were not even here working. This was a tremendous purchase for our household and I can't wait until the power goes out. Anyone living with a well and septic knows how difficult life becomes when the lights go out! It has been four weeks and still waiting to solidify why this was the best decision ever. I'm sure it will be worth it! Thank you Generac for the extended warranty and I am certain what will be a quality product.

We purchased the 22KW Guardian whole house generator. We are very pleased with it's performance. We have had it for about a week and already the electricity went off last night and the generator worked perfectly. Never Dark Carolinas installed our generator and propane tank and we were so pleased with their work ethic and professionalism. We highly recommend them.

I am so glad I had this generator installed . Being in a rural area it comes in handy I don't have to worry about my sump pump or well not working. Last winter electric went out and for the first time I was able to sit in a warm home and watch TV without worry. It was like it never happened . Thanks Generac

The salesman along with the installers were very knowledgeable and helpful. The unit is the right size for my needs and it runs well. The only complaint is that it is loud but I will put up with it for the peace of mind that it gives me. I like the fact that I don't have to worry about the unit because I opted for the wi-fi so the supplier will be informed if something is wrong with it. It is basically an install and forget about it. I have the peace of mind now that if there is a power outage that I will have electricity.

This generator is a great value for its price. It was an easy install running natural gas to the unit. The electrician did not have any issues with installation to the generator. Generator started right up and the transfer switch worked perfectly. I feel completely safe with this generator whatever weather is sent my way

1n 2014 I purchased a Generac 10Kw standby generator for our home, never thinking I would be using it so often. As it ran flawlessly, I decided I wanted another 10Kw for my garage/workshop that also contains 3 freezers. The 10Kw is a bit of overkill for this current usage however, it is backup in the event of the 1st generator failure or storm damage to our house preventing us from using it. As backup, it would provide power for both that garage/shop and a travel trailer. "Don't be scared; Be Prepared" is one of our mottoes. I am confident that this generator will survive the test of time. I tell Everyone that this is exactly what they need.

I live in an older subdivision built many years ago with above ground power running between large fenced yards. This means trees are never trimmed. A storm and we loose power. Wind? Power loss. A calm, cloudless sunny day? Those too thanks to squirrels not understanding transformers. It was late this spring after my third outage in two months, two over 24 hours, that I finally pulled the plug. Install of our 4022 wasn’t until September by Tek Electric, and as predicted the install kept the power stable for months. The first outage was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, 20 minutes before we were supposed to get on the road for a 10 hour drive. Pre-generator, I’d have considered canceling the drive and at a minimum, pre-emptively emptied the fridge and freezer into the garbage since I had a neighbor putting garbage out on Friday. As it was, I just texted the neighbor and asked if he could shut the generator off for a bit to cool down if it was still running in 24 hours. I only needed the generator for just over 2 hours, which I was able to confirm down the road with MobileLink. A much more pleasant experience than either dumping my food or delaying the Thanksgiving drive.

My 22kw generator, gives me peace of mind, in the case of a power outage. It is quiet and efficent. With it's automatic activation during an outage ,is one less thing i have worry about during these stressed times. I feel confident and secure knowing we will have electricity in the event of a power outage.
