We are very excited to have our new Generac 22KW Generator installed. The Mobile Lilnk option is very reasurring that you can monitor the "Exercising" scheudle, battery charing, and ready to run status. The quality both outside and expecially inside is obvious upon inspection. We have not lost power since the installtion, but are actually looking forward to it as crazy as that may sound. No more extension cords is somehting that Im looking forward to not having to do any longer. Will recommend to all neighbors, family, and friends. This is also a great additon to the value of our home.

Purchased and installed 18 months ago. LPG fuel, whole-house coverage. To date it has powered our home for a total of 57 hours, with the longest single run being 31 hours. We live in a heavily-treed area where most power lines are above ground. Any time there's a windstorm, there's a good chance of a power outage. We depend on electricity for our water supply and to keep the house warm and pipes from freezing. Very pleased with the reliability and capability of this unit.

Oaks' team made the pre-prep totally effort free. They did it all. The interaction with my gas company, permits, everything, my efforts were zero. The installation took 6 hours and their team leader was great. I don't know when I have ever spent such an amount of money with a perfect result.

I bought this unit to provide comfort during our frequent power outages in our neighborhood. I also bought it so that my home can be a place of refuge for my five small grandchildren during a hurricane. It has the automatic features for turn on, maintenance monitoring, and weekly test runs. I just had this model installed. Lohrum Electrical in Greensburg, IN had it up and running with the whole house transfer switch in about 4 or 5 hours. Much faster than I anticipated and with excellent quality workmanship. We have had several power outages in the past, some that lasted for several days, and have lost a lot of food in our freezers and refrigerator. We now have the peace of mind that that will never happen again.

As my wife and I age we have been doing what we can to make our home easier to live in as we get ready for retirement. Our county in Maine is experiencing some strong winds from an unusual direction for us and causing large area blackouts. Since my husband passed away, there are so many things that I have to take care of or worry about. I would often worry about what I would do if the power went out. Since I live on a small farm, I need to be able to care for my animals. I did have a portable generator but I could never pull start it. And there was not an option to put on an electric start. Plus if I could get it started, then I would have to run extension cords to power things like the refrigerator or freezer or pellet stove for heat in the winter. Installed just four days before Hurricane Irma impacted our area, our new Generac 22KW generator performed flawlessly, keeping us in touch (TV, internet), comfortable (heat), and well fed (stove, oven, refrigerators and freezers). My father owned a full home generator (Generac). I experienced the peace of mind it gives you when Hurricane Matthew came through. It never waivered. It ran for 3 days while the neighborhood was without power. We even let the A/C run. No issues! We were very content. I now have my own home and just had the Generac installed this week. I am so very thrilled to have it and look forward to the weekly schedule where it will start and run for 5 mins every Sunday! It did yesterday and I was like HELLLLLO Jimmy-Rac. I named it after my father.

I just had my Generac generator installed yesterday. What a relief to know we are now fully covered in the event of another power outage. I had a Generac portable unit for years, however with the last two power outages I was unable to purchase gas. Now we are no longer in need of gas as I have propane supply to last numerous days of constant run.
