Very satisfied with my purchase. It is good to know that there will be power when the power company fails.

We bought this unit in Feb 2026. We wanted peace of mind. We have a well so when we lose power we lose our water. That is a real inconvenience.

so you buy the generator, it fails-you call the only dealer in the state that can work on it, they tell you it's a month until they can even come out and see it, you fix it yourself and all Generac can say is "glad it all worked out!" then accuse you of not following the maintenance guidelines. HAAAARD PASS
