Have not had to use this yet but feel very confident that system would be seamless if/when we lost power.

Generator installed a year ago on NG, has worked flawlessly over multiple power outages, we forget it's running. Great feeling of security.

The generator and automatic transfer switch seen to work properly. The wifi and cellular devices do not work.

I bought a year ago very happy with what it does. Haven't had to use it yet, but I'm sure it'll come in handy when I do need it.

The Generator looks nice. The app is very handy and luckily I haven't had to really use it too much so far but it's there and ready when we need it.

Comes on when it's supposed to, thankfully! Sometimes we don't even realize the power is off, like midday...
