Columbus Craft Meats Charcuterie Tasting Board 16.3 oz.

Appearance is nice but ingredients meat was stale       and I wish I could get a refund. I won't buy it again.

charcuterie ingredients were stale

It was better looking than tasting. Cheese was dry and almost moldy. Meat wasn't good. The olives and chocolates were good. We agreed we would have been better off buying the items separately and building our own tray. I wouldn't buy it again.

Great party item. The package was sealed and the food fresh. Everyone enjoyed the Charcuterie board. The crackers were flavorful and crisp.
The meat was moist and delicious as was the cheese and olives.. 
I would recommend this item fir a quick refreshment or to take along to a gathering.  It will be a party favorite.
