This charcuterie board was amazing. It was gone quickly! the meats, cheese, crackers and even the olives were delicious. Will definitely purchase again.

We love to take this to ball games on weekends when we are at the field all day. Healthy and much better than spending the same amount on a lukewarm hot dog and soggy nachos.

I received a Columbus Craft Meats Charcuterie Tasting Board from a free sample program I participated in. I'm not going to lie. I have been eagerly awaiting its arrival. I love, love, love cheese, crackers, salami, etc. I was really hoping that the wood grain board was a reusable item as I am environmentally conscious. Sadly it was not. It was actually a little tacky. The glue from the plastic also left a telltale residue. There is no way I would use it to serve company. I would however, remove all the contents and placed them on a wood-cutting board if I were serving it to others. If I was eating this by myself or sharing it with my spouse, I would leave it as is. There are enough crackers, sausage, and cheese to feed 3 or 4 light snackers. In terms of taste and appearance, the olives were bland and greener than I am used to. The chocolate cranberries were divine. The cheese was ok. The salami was ok, but had a strong aftertaste. I didn't care for the appearance of the snap-apart crackers. I think this is an ok product to keep on hand for last-minute company. It's simple...but I would definitely add more cheeses, grapes, nuts, and a variety of crackers in order for me to serve it to guests.
