[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of worx] I bought this last month and had to return it because of defect. Received replacement and it assembled perfect. I'm a disabled veteran and 81 years old and anxious to use it. My other 3 Worx tools ( trimmer, blower & power washer)are all still working great and are approaching 3 year warranty. I'm hoping batteries do not wear out as I can not afford to replace them. Very good tools in my opinion.

The only problem that I had was getting the door open to dump the dirt. I figured that out and it has been great since!! A wonderful product, I have recommend this product to all my friends!
