[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a month and very happy with it. I have used used a few times. Good power and cuts very nice. I also have the jaw saw and I got this for the bigger trees and branches. VeryLight and esy to handle. dont have to worry about and cords or the expense of a gas chainsaw. If your cutting down big trees you would want a gas or electric chain saw but for everything else works fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to clean as well as replacing the chain. Light enough for her to use but tough enough to easily cut through small branches and bushes. Doesn't bounce like some other battery operated saws I have used. Won't replace my gas powered saw but great for quick use on smaller stuff.

I’m a land survey and after having try to survey dense woods with only a machete to cut line, I broke down and purchased the 20v 10” chainsaw because I already had two batteries from my worx blower and weed trimmer and another battery from my cordless circular saw. The chainsaw made my days cutting line so much easier. I’ve never owned or even operated a chainsaw before and this is incredibly easy to assemble and orperate. It is lightweight and easy to adjust the chain. I made short work of the woods and shrub oak I had to go against. The hardwoods I encountered gave way with no effort from the saw. Only the rubbery shrub oak actually caused any kick back. I wasn’t keeping an eye on the chain tension and when it came off the channel, it was super easy to pull back on. My coworker who used to remove trees was pretty impressed with its performance. I would recommend to anyone. I would say each battery got me about 75cuts of inch thick shrub oak. Another day it tore through an 8 “ cherry with ease.

Arrived promptly and in as advertised condition. Used it immediately to cut down a substantial amount of decayed arborvitae. Worked perfectly. Extremely easy to use. Perfect for any typical homeowner project. Used this instead of my gas powered chainsaw. Highly recommend.

They are light weight! Easy to use. Best of all I’m a women and I do all my own yard work and trimming work myself ! Thank you so much highly recommended and appreciated!!

Bought this a couple months ago and one happy camper. I had a gas trimmer and sick of the repercussions in mid cycle throwing you into the wall and the bump and feed is BS. Was sick of restarting ever so often. Now I grab my machine and can do it all.someone had brains for this one. Great product.

I bought this to replace the same trimmer I bought last year, after the 18volt battery it came with died. I see the new trimmer has a 20 volt battery and a better locking mechanism for the shaft part of the handle. (My old one would never stay together.) So I am happy with the improvements in the new model, which cost me less than it would have cost to replace the battery on my old one. I always thought that the motor and the trimmer itself we're perfect for a small to medium size yard.

I received this product 3 weeks ago. It is awesome. My hedge is 80 ft. long. Using my other electric trimmer ,the project would last 30-40 minutes. Just the top and my side. Very heavy. IT NOW TAKES ME ALL OF 15 MINUTES FOR TOP and BOTH SIDES!! VERY SHARP! BUY IT NOW!! You won't regret it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned many Hedge Trimmers in the 20" through 24' size. The brands for example were Craftsman, Black & Decker, Toro, just to name a few. They were all 110v, not battery operated as is the WORX. I found all these to be inferior to the WORX. They were noisy when running, regardless if the blades were oiled or not. None of them would cut branches much greater than 1/4", not even the latest Toro. The trimmers would keep bouncing off the 1/4" branches and not make an even clean cut. The trimmers would just beat the branches to death. They all were awkward to use and heavier than the TORX. The TORX on the other hand cuts the best, even clean cuts I have done up to approximately 1/2" or thicker branches. The trimmer was quiet and I did not hear the blades banging together as did all of the 110v trimers. Cutting from any angle or side was no issue for the TORX trimmer. It is balanced perfectly for the user and much lighter than all the 110v's I have owned. I could not be happier for choosing the battery operated TORX for my trimming needs and this experience has caused me to purchase other TORX quality outdoor equipment. Thank you TORX for meeting the needs of customers like myself and other "DIY".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a 67-year-old woman, who still maintains a yard, I was hoping this would be lightweight and just the right size for cutting smaller branches and limbs. I was able to have a male friend, who knows chainsaws well, give me a brief introduction. It is lightweight, seems easy to maintain, and is easy to use. I have other Worx yard tools, so I already had the batteries and chargers. Will definitely find this helpful and will share with my other single older gals, who also need to maintain their yards and property. I do wish there was a short introductory video, as the manual was not as helpful as a video would have been. But having a friend walk me through it and actually show me how to use it was helpful.
