We have found that the first opening of the debris container is quite difficult. The button has to be pushed down with a great amount of force to get it open. Thank you for sharing your feedback and review with us! Please ensure that the bar and chain have been properly tensioned. Some oil dripping while in storage is normal. However, make sure it is stored in an upright position with the oil cap facing up. Also, you can try a thicker oil, however, thinner oils tend to work best with the auto oiling function. Most importantly, keep in mind WORX tools are covered by a warranty. We are happy to replace the saw if needed. Please be advised that the vacuum runtime varies depending on the task and the setting you are using. If the vacuum is used at its highest speed the battery will average run up to 10 minutes and 20 minutes on a low speed. I recommend intermittent the runtime between a high and low to help combat your runtime.
