Chain speed is slow, hangs up in vines. Chain came off twice in the first 10 minutes i used it.

Debris container will not open

We have found that the first opening of the debris container is quite difficult. The button has to be pushed down with a great amount of force to get it open. After doing so the first time, it is easier the remaining times. Thank you for choosing WORX!
