I bought this weed eater a month ago, and use it at least once a week. I have two batteries and as long as I keep them both charged I can easily weed eat for over an hour, or two. It is lightweight which makes it easy for my wife to use. The adjustments in length are a nice feature so someone shorter than me can easily use is as well. With just two turns of knob it easily converts into an edger. My only complaint is that the assembly instructions could have been a little better. Maybe they can make a short video and put on their website to make the Assembly instructions clearer. My wife and I both love this one and would highly recommend it.

I have had the cube in my workshop for about a year, but often bring it in the house to clean cracker crumbs and the like as I tend to be a messy eater. In both worlds I find it to be superior to anything else I have used. I just bought a second one, at my wife's request for her to use upstairs. That is saying something for her to like it enough to have me buy a unit just for her use.

I have purchased a few WORX tools. They are excellent/ I recently purchased the 10" Cordless Chainsaw w/Auto-Tension. I have not used it as yet because I had to go out and purchase chainsaw oil and hope to use the tool this coming weekend. I have no doubt the tool will be fantastic. I love the idea of using the same battery for all my tools and I have three batteries. I am excited about using this new tool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a couple of years ago so I could help my husband with the yard. Other weedeater were too heavy and the plug in was awkward. The maintenance and service from this company is wonderful. They are quick on delivery and the free string for life is one of the best features they offer. I also purchased extra batteries so when one is done I can still weedeat. I have already had a number of friends who purchased it for the same reasons I did. I would highly recommend this for anyone.

I have had this for months. When I first got it, it was damaged from manufacturing. They sent another one and when I tried to use it, the suction is so weak. I have tred to send it back for a refund, but they flat out refused. I went and bought me a REAL battery powered vac by DEWALT. It works circles around the worx puny. If you have loose dirt, saw dust, etc.., this will work, but doest get everything. I wish I could give "0" stars, but I can't. Worx really screwed up.on this one.

I ordered this little vacuum a month or two ago. It arrived quickly and I used almost immediately. It has great suction and a variety of tools suited for a variety of jobs. The best part? Its size! It takes up less space than my previous handheld vac in my storage closet and it’s light weight makes it easy to carry around to use in the car or in any place it’s needed. Another feature is the battery. Since I have a couple other Worx products, I am pleased that they can share batteries and I can always have a fully-charged battery on hand. The only issue was that the latch to release the door to empty the machine was very difficult to operate. I thought it was broken, but when I called customer service a very patient agent helped me to get it to work and I haven’t had any more trouble with it since. I am once again quite pleased with this Worx product!

The edger works quite well and the single battery is adequate for my average size lot. However the string spool is small and when edging the string wears out almost instantly. also the handle on my original machine broke after repeated switching from edger to trimmer and had to be replaced under the excellent warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using a smaller hedge trimmer to help a disabled Vet with a 100 foot hedge that had grown above the 6 foot fence bordering the church property when it stopped working. I then ordered this trimmer which came in a few days. The wide openings of the teeth meant I could trim almost every sprig that needed it without any hesitation. Of course, some were too big to fit in the tooth opening so I had to use a set of pruners for them. I was completely satisfied with the handling of the unit and its sharpness which was extremely important as I had to work from a step ladder next to the fence. I am very thankful I could use my existing 20v batteries. I would recommend this trimmer to anyone who wants to cut down on the actual time and energy it takes to trim hedges, etc.
