It sucks, in a really good way

Great little portable vacuum. I did a drywall repair job for one my daughter’s and it came in very handy for cleaning up all the drywall dust.

Does a good job.

This is a very convenient vacuum and easy to use. However, it is a lot smaller than I anticipated. They really need to improve the size.

Love WORX, hated this one

My 4th WORX product. 3 A pluses and an F. Very disappointed with the power and battery run time. Not up to the competition at this price point.

Hello Valued Customer. Thank you for sharing your review and feedback with us. It is unfortunate to learn that you are not getting the full quality experience of your batteries. Our 20V batteries work on a variety of tools and have average runtimes of up to 30 minutes. However, battery-powered vacuums use more power and when the blower is on the highest setting it will deplete the battery's power more quickly. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact our Solution Center Team at 866-354-9679 Monday through Friday from 9 am until 6 pm EST. We'd be more than happy to assist you.

I can't open the bottom to empty the contents. I push the button as hard as I can and it still won't release.
