Love our new rockers

Good luck with Polywood's customer service should you get a box with the wrong parts! I have been waiting for a week for a missing part. I purchased two of these rockers on 7/10/25. It's 12 days later, and I still cannot use the rocker. I went through their website to request help and NEVER received a response. Two business days later, I called them. The person was nice, sent me an immediate email confirming what I needed. The email said the part would be expedited and shipped within two business days, that I would get an email confirmation when shipped. Four business days later, and I have heard nothing. Reached back out through email support, asking someone to respond, and I have still heard nothing. The rockers are beautiful, and I am sure they will last a long time. The limited residential warranty of 20 years sounds amazing, but getting help with the warranty might not be so easy. Looks like the rockers will be going back to Sam's.

We just purchased one of these chairs to try the whole composite furniture. Putting this together was easy, I just wish that all the bolts were the bigger A size and that is the only reason for only four stars. The chair is comfortable and practical for us to get in and out of, despite other reviews stating that the seat was too low. I think this makes it more of a pleasure to sit in and do a slow rock with ease. To counter the hardness of the seat, we purchased a seat cushion that fit it perfectly. Hope that more of our plastic recycling can be utilized in this manor to build more things for outside use and will hopefully get cheaper in price. Thank you Pollywood for creating a rugged and functional product here in the U.S.! We will buy more and want to get some of those Adirondack chairs for our firepit area.

Quality product, good price, easy to assemble.

Great value for the price… excellent quality, easy assembly and good looking on my patio

Easy to assemble and perfect for our front porch!

Very nice rocker. Easy to assemble

I purchased the rocking chair 4 days ago. We started putting together and realized we were missing both rockers. I have tried calling Sam’s club without any answer and have also reached out the manufacturer an and have not received a response.

This chair is comfortable, sturdy and looks great too!

Love it. Easy to put together. All weather
