Only had product installed for a few weeks. Still organizing my new garage storage/work bench area. One thing that happened on day 2, I was writing with a Sharpie and it bled thru onto the bamboo top. I tried to clean it up immediately but it became my 1st permanent stain. Not to happy about that. I have not actually done a real project using it yet

Nice set. Pros: look great, customizable configurations, easy assembly. Cons: arrived with some damage, bent ends. Instructions for install are a little difficult. I ended up placing a 2x4 cleat (high and low) on the wall and secured that to the studs. Then I could place the cabinets wherever I wanted and did not have to worry about studs.

My first order was for 11 cabinets. They were delivered a week sooner than promised. The packaging was over the top the best package protection I have ever seen. Today I doubled the order and I will continue to use New Age for future orders. The representative was polite and very professional

The carton it arrived in had no visible signs of damage. As I unpacked the cabinet, none of the packing material was damaged in any way - e.g. corner cardboard materials all looked good. But as you can see, it was crumpled in the corner shown. Had to take a hammer and piece of wood and wail away on it to get it to look semi-decent and be able to fit snug against cabinet next to it. This is the second time a delivered product was damaged even thought the shipping material was not. So it obviously left the factory damaged. Poor quality control.

I bought thus a few months back. I waited to write this review until it was fully installed and used for a bit. It was easy to install, the instructions covered the "how to" properly. There was a good amount of extra fasteners sent with the product that you don't have to worry running out or being perfect. There are extras. The product is well built, solid, has soft glide drawers even when loaded heavy. The drawers came with a felt inside. This makes it comfortable when digging for a tool and keeps tools from sliding. A great idea and I didn't know about the feature when I ordered. Nice surprise. Three pieces of constructive criticism: The instructions should highlight the importance of putting the height of the locker to a certain minimum height. If you put it to minimum as I did, it leaves very little room for the cabinets to fit under the work bench. The under work bench cabinets, two are tool chests and one is a two door cabinet. The chests are on wheel but the cabinet is not. It would be nice to have the option to put legs or wheels on it, because once installed it will be difficult to move it out from under the workspace. I can certainly see conditions where I want the workbench fully accessible from a sitting position and this cabinet will be in the way. The top cabinets I installed are level and square. They operate well and are solid to the wall if installed properly. With the door closed, the two doors don't meet flush to each other, indicating they are not flush or square. This wouldn't be noticeable to anyone but me, but it's frustrating to me. Sadly, the hinges do not have an adjust feature to close the gap. All in all, very happy with this purchase. Great quality and functionality. Worth every penny.

I ordered this 10pc. combination layout and its is amazing. Each piece is constructed to the best quality i can imagine. The delivery was executed perfectly and there was no damage whatsoever. I've never seen a product well packaged and done with no waste of space. Cabinets packed within cabineso ts and protected with styrofoam and cardboard and plastic and tape. Very well done and not a scratch or dent to be found. Easy to set up and all the hardware is included for numerous types of installations whether you need or not. I would order again from this company and I recommend to anyone wanting to organize a garage or shop to use New Age products.

I ordered a single roller cabinet and when I recieved the unit I unpacked it to find it was damaged either prior to packaging or in shipment. I was offered a credit of less than 30 percent or a new replacement. I opted for the replacement. When I recieved the replacement, I unpacked it and found it was damaged as well. I was offered a better credit or new unit, but opted for the credit as I believea new unit would arrive damaged as well. I firmly believe the method of packing and the shipper are at fault for the damage. Customer support was helpful in the issue however packaging of single cabinets needs to be addressed prior to shipping. Not after the damage has occured. I had ordered a set of cabinets which were all packaged well as a unit and strapped to a pallet. These were recieved in pristine condition. Probably because of not being handled by hand. Customer support was helpful

I cannot say enough about this company. I have done 2 of my houses in this system.. Great quality. Outstanding packagaing. In fact if it comes damaged it must have been dropped from a plane. They go above and beyond to make sure it arrives In perfect condition. Less than a week to arrive at my door. My garage was never really complete till I use this product. So many configurations to choose from and customize to anyone needs. Definatly 5 star in my books.

I purchased 3 of these as well as two 48" lockers about a month ago and I am very pleased. It may be because I am close to a distribution center, but they arrived ridiculously fast as well! I highly recommend these, good quality and great price when you shop around.

The product is great. It assembles easy and I had no problem installing it in the garage. Only problem was shipping, it was damaged during shipment. And a replacement door had to be shipped out. I have ordered twice from New Age and both times damaged product during shipment. Maybe my next order will arrive in pristine condition.
