easy to install. my water line and electrical outlet already in the right positions, therefore, didn't have to do any alterations there. my only gripe is the seat doesn't seem to lock into the bracket as per instructions. So far, I haven't had any trouble with it sliding away.

We love our new Felix smart toilet. It works great and looks amazing. Highly recommend this toilet, have to have a toilet might as well have the best.

We bought this unit for my mother who was using a wheelchair at the time. We had caregivers who raved about the cleanliness and ease of using. What a step-up from the typical toilet.

Seat scratches really easily, so tread lightly while cleaning; otherwise extremely happy with it's design and features.

Have had the toilet operating a few days. Working great. Wife the beeping sound were softer when you use the remote. Installation was difficult because I put it in a corner with the wall On the left side. There’s very little room to install the valve. I ended up fastening a hose to the tank then the valve to the hose. Great solution and highly recommend this if you have trouble reaching the tank. Also the red locking clip on the float was a pin to slide back. I used an L shaped hex wrench to push it over.

My kids bought me this toilet for a holiday gift & I’m so happy with it. Easy to install and functions very well. Save on toilet paper and is much cleaner. Only negative comment is I would prefer the fan is stronger.

The unit functions exactly as advertised and is a very nice addition to a new bathroom. There is a pesky and intermittent leak from the shutoff valve connected to the seat filling tube that does not appear to be easily solved.

Has pretty good features, I like the warm seat and warm water especially on wintery nights! However, it is quite hard to install if you have tight spaces
