We are so sorry to hear about your water flow experience. I’d love to help you with this! Our shower heads come with flow restrictors, as we are a water conservation conscientious company. The following areas are where the flow restrictors are located: Handheld- Inside the bottom of the wand To remove the flow restrictor, gently remove the small, tiny ‘O’ ring inside, only the ‘O’ ring should be removed. This’ll help with the water flow. *Please note altering the shower head does void the warranty.* If you have any questions you can always reach out to us at 800-344-3242 or at support@oxygenics.com.

Terrible Product!!!

My wife bought the 29.95 product and it leaked like a sieve. Tried to tighten it re-tighten it and it still kept leaking from the connection. Therefore, I took it back, and bought the upgraded version at $39. This one leeaked even worse. Cannot wait to take it back!!! Don’t waste your money or your time!!! worst.
