This furniture is very well built and feels great it was also mostly put together already ,from box to sitting in it was about 20 minutes

Great outdoor furniture

Nice looking set, came packed well in one large box, very comfortable. Time will tell if the cushions hold up.

Great value for the price

The set is beautiful I am very pleased with it.

Was damaged upon delivery, called the same day to request replacement but was told I had to wait to be contacted by the "back office" for this. Two weeks later, I've followed up twice and keep being told to wait for the back office. Absolutely horrible experience with this purchase.

Sam's customer service is a disaster.

This furniture set is exactly as pictured. It is well made, sturdy and beautiful! You will not be disappointed in purchasing.  The order process online, setting up delivery, etc. was easy.  The furniture was delivered as promised with no issues.  It is comfortable and I love the swivel chairs.
An added bonus that will save you $ are the furniture covers! They have elastic all around (think fitted sheet) that creates a snug fit and keeps the rain out.  I am very pleased with this purchase and would purchase other furniture from Sam's Club.

Looks great on the new screened porch!
