The set is beautiful but arrived with three places of broken wicker. The broken spots are on the arms of the rockers so you feel and see them easily. I can’t even imagine trying to return after all the time picking them up and putting them together.

Ordered online and had it shipped to our house within a week. It fits perfectly in our space on our screened in deck. The delivery company sent a tracking email, called to set up a drop off time, and dropped it off into our garage. Was packaged in one large box, very well protected with material. Had to place 3 screws into the couch seat with an allen wrench supplied. Then the table had to be put together. In total, it took about 20 minutes to do. The cushions are perfect and the accent pillows look great! Also the set comes with weather protection covers. The couch is a perfect length for a person to stretch out on and take a nap. Love this set! Could not be happier! Can not wait to really sit and enjoy it this Spring and summer!

I am very satisfied and happy with this purchase. The delivery guys unloaded it to my porch. I unpacked the box and pulled all the pieces out. It wasn't too heavy by each piece and I, by myself, put everything together. I love the style and comfort. There were no damages and I have not found any flaws. I would highly recommend this set.

Love this set! Perfect for my new screened in porch Just wish it had been available when I tried to buy it when the shipping was free.

This furniture is nice and a great value. But the photo is misleading, as the cushions are a darker charcoal grey.

Everything is perfect except the couch cover. It was not made right and won’t fit! I contacted customer service and haven’t heard back. Just want a replacement.
