Was damaged upon delivery, called the same day to request replacement but was told I had to wait to be contacted by the "back office" for this. Two weeks later, I've followed up twice and keep being told to wait for the back office. Absolutely horrible experience with this purchase.

Sam's customer service is a disaster.

Beautiful set, the grey is a nice medium gray. Well made, and durable. Easy to assemble, comes in one box.  Only table needs assembly and a few bolts for the sofa back.  Thick comfortable cushions.  And a great bonus of furniture covers included!  Great value, even with the postage costs.
